If the user does not check the corresponding acceptance box before sending the consultation request, they will not receive commercial communications or information of interest from this entity, without prejudice to their registration being processed.

Consent is collected for the insertion of your image (photograph, video) on the controller’s web platforms, social networks, and information material. When images have been made public and the right to erasure is exercised, taking into account available technology and the cost of its application, this entity will adopt reasonable measures, including technical measures, to inform the controllers processing the personal data of the request to erase any links to those personal data, or any copy or replication thereof.

Likewise, the user authorizes THE CONTROLLER to publish their identifying data (first and last name) in the aforementioned media.

If the user does not check the corresponding acceptance boxes before sending the registration request, their image and identifying data cannot be inserted, without prejudice to their registration being processed.

The user is informed that live online classes will be recorded in the Virtual Classroom and that these recordings will only be used by students to offer a better service to those who could not attend live.

The use of the recordings and their publication by personnel outside the entity is strictly prohibited. THE CONTROLLER is exempt from any consequences that may arise from their publication.
