The IPR (Risk Priority Index) methodology shows the sequence in which asset needs are prioritized based on their IPR®. Once this hierarchy is established and based on budgetary program criteria (budget constraints and/or commitments to other projects), the different needs are filtered or can be structured in annual timeframes.
The next step consists of organizing the initiatives based on asset groups, by location, or by leveraging economies of scale in order to achieve greater productivity, and then selecting the investment alternatives.
Integration with other software
Integrating Decision APM with other enterprise software (CMMS, EAM, ERP) or other applications gives companies the ability for systems to “talk” to each other, enabling smoother data exchange and, as a result, improving overall asset management processes. (IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning)
With this information, you can make proactive changes, such as adjusting production or maintenance schedules, or reducing waste. In turn, this can also improve asset lifecycle management and business performance for decision-making and investment alternatives.

You don’t need to install anything; Decision APM® is cloud-based software that enables multi-user collaboration. Decision APM® is a modular tool that allows the direct use of organizational data (EAM, ERP, CMMS, etc.). Furthermore, if the organization does not have structured asset information, the tool also allows for manual bulk data uploads.
